Positive Autism’s website (this “Site”) offers an online resource for the general public, patients, and healthcare professionals, including but not limited to www.positiveautism.com and its related sites. These conditions may occasionally and without prior notice change. If you use the site after such changes, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. If you don’t agree to follow these terms and any upcoming agreements, do not use the site or download anything. Any component of the Site, including the provision of any features, may be terminated, changed, suspended, or discontinued by Positive Autism at any time. Positive Autism reserves the right to remove, alter, or otherwise change any content on or from this Site, including that of third parties. Positive Autism reserves the right to restrict your access to some features and services or all of the Site without prior notice or liability. Your use of the site may be discontinued at any time, at Positive Autism’s sole discretion. These terms do not change the terms or conditions of any other agreements you might have with Positive Autism or its parents, subsidiaries, or affiliates; they only apply to your access to and use of the Site.

Consultation Charges

• Local Consultation (Andhra Pradesh & Telangana):₹1,500
• National Consultation (Within India): ₹2,000
• Online Consultation (Within India):₹2,000
• International Consultation: ₹6,000

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Consultation fees are payable in advance to confirm the appointment.
• Consultation fees, once paid, are non-refundable.
• If a patient is unable to attend the scheduled appointment, a rescheduling request may be considered if informed in advance and is subject to the doctor’s availability.
• Failure to attend the appointment without prior intimation (“No Show”) will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
• If the consultation cannot be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances attributable to Dr A M Reddy Clinic, the appointment will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible, the consultation fee will be refunded.
• Payment gateway charges, bank charges, currency conversion charges (for international payments), or any applicable taxes, where charged, are non-refundable.

General Terms & Conditions

• The consultation fee covers the professional consultation with the consulting doctor only.
• The consultation fee does not include the cost of medicines, laboratory investigations, imaging, therapy services, courier charges, or any other additional services unless specifically mentioned.
• Patients are requested to provide complete and accurate medical history, previous medical records, investigation reports, prescriptions, and details of current medications to enable an appropriate clinical assessment.
• Online consultations are conducted with the same professional care and clinical judgment as in-person consultations. The quality of assessment depends on the information, medical records, reports, photographs, videos, and history shared by the patient or caregiver. The consulting doctor may recommend an in-person evaluation or additional investigations whenever clinically required.
• For consultations involving children, especially those with developmental, behavioural, neurological, or neurodevelopmental conditions, a parent or legal guardian should be present during the consultation to provide relevant history and assist in the assessment.
• The doctor will prescribe treatment based on the clinical assessment. Treatment outcomes vary from patient to patient depending on the individual’s medical condition, response to treatment, and adherence to the prescribed treatment plan. No specific cure or guaranteed outcome is implied or promised.
• Patients are advised to follow the prescribed medication schedule, dietary recommendations, lifestyle advice, and follow-up consultations for the best possible clinical outcomes.
• Consultation fees are subject to revision at the sole discretion of Dr A M Reddy Clinic without prior notice.
• By booking an appointment and making payment, the patient confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Privacy

All patient information, medical records, and consultation details will be handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws and ethical medical practice. Information will not be shared with any third party except where required by law or with the patient’s consent.

1. Proprietary Rights.

Copyrights
Positive Autism is the only owner of all of the design, text, software, configurations, photos, and other files (collectively, the “Content”), as well as their choice and arrangement. Except for uses that are neither competitive with nor disparaging of Positive Autism, you may download and print content as long as all copyright or other proprietary notices are left intact. The content may not be altered, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any way, in whole or in part.
